1. Returns & Exchanges

  • We accept returns and exchanges for most unused, unwashed items in their original packaging with tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
    • Final sale items (clearly marked at the time of purchase).
    • Gently used, washed, damaged, or altered items.
    • Any item not in its original condition.

2. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

To start a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team within the 30-day window at info@bubsandboobsco.shop. Include your order number and the reason for your return. We will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for where to send your package.

Important: Returns or exchanges sent without prior authorization may not be accepted.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Process

  • Customer-Paid Returns: The customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to our error (e.g., you received the wrong or a defective item).
  • Original Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable for returns that are not our fault.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

4. Refunds

  • Timing: Once your return is received and inspected (usually within 5-10 business days), we will email you to notify you of its status. If approved, your refund will be automatically processed to your original payment method.
  • Processing Time: Please allow up to 10-14 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or card issuer’s processing time.
  • What is Refunded: You will be refunded the purchase price of the returned item(s). Original shipping fees are non-refundable for non-error returns.

5. Exchanges

We will process an exchange for the same item in a different size or color, subject to availability. If the requested item for exchange is not available, we will issue a refund.

6. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon receipt. If items are damaged, defective, or if you received the incorrect item, please contact us immediately at info@bubsandboobsco.shop within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a prepaid return label (if needed) and ship out the correct replacement at no cost to you.

7. Non-Returnable Items

Please refer to Section 1. For safety, items like personal care products, feeding accessories, or items marked “Final Sale” cannot be returned.
