1. Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to all 50 U.S. states. We do not offer international shipping outside of the United States at this time.

2. Processing (Handling) Time

All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and major U.S. holidays) after receiving your order confirmation. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has been shipped.

3. Shipping Transit Time & Carriers

Once your order leaves our warehouse, please allow 5 to 12 business days for delivery via USPS, UPS, or FedEx, depending on your location and the selected service. Transit times are estimates and begin from the day your order is shipped, not the day it is placed.

Please note: Delays can occasionally occur due to carrier processing, weather events, or holidays, which are outside of our control.

4. Shipping Costs

We are pleased to offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING on all orders shipped within the United States!

5. Order Tracking

As soon as your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking number and a link to follow your package’s journey to your doorstep.

6. Important Shipping Address Information

  • P.O. Boxes: We are unable to ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
  • Address Accuracy: Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees will apply.
  • Undeliverable Packages: If a package is returned to us as undeliverable, refused, or unclaimed, we will contact you. Reshipping fees will apply to have the package resent.

7. Lost or Stolen Packages

BubsandBoobsCo is not responsible for packages that are marked as “delivered” by the carrier but are missing. Please contact your local post office and/or neighbors first. For carrier investigations, we will provide full support and the necessary tracking information to assist in locating your package.
